The staff was great. The room was better than expected with plenty of room and a couch bed. The room is equipped with a large refrigerator, coffee maker, dish washer and real plates, cups and silverware. It was almost like staying at home. Also, I liked staying on the first floor without the hassle of the elevator. Everything about our stay (me and my grandson) was excellent.

The breakfast was good. Staff member Aaliyah was great. She communicated with me via text from the time I checked in until I left. The fire pit was not lit, so I was bleh about that because I love to sit around a good pit. Great location with lots of places very close by to go and eat/shop. Within 2-5 miles.

Friendly professional staff. Easy off highway. Clean quiet and comfortable studio. Darkening blinds were wonderful. Bedding comfortable. Hot water in the shower and plenty of towels!

The room was great, perfect for my family, and close to the fultondale shopping center and food. Second, stay here and would stay again, the room was clean, and plenty of towels, front desk staff were very nice.

Location is great. Rooms could have been cleaner, pillows are awful, and the cleaner they use in the bathroom has a sour smell. Room was nice. Music started playing in the hallway and on the outside speakers starting at 4am, I called front desk thinking it was someone on our floor but in actuality it was the hotels music and it was very loud.

It was very spacious, clean, and comfortable. The front desk ladies were awesome, and very accommodating, I wanted a top floor room that was quiet and that’s exactly what I got. Very pleasant people 🥰

The guy with the dreads at the front desk made it feel great to be there as soon as we walked in the door! The room was big and clean! The breakfast was exceptional and it was a GREAT stay !! Would def stay again !!

The staff Raine, was friendly and helpful with directions and recommendations concerning navigating the city. The room was comfortable with lots of room to relax on the sofa or lie in bed while watching television. I liked having a refrigerator and microwave in the room to reheat leftovers. The hotel was quiet and in a nice location away from a lot of traffic.
