The staff was great. The room was better than expected with plenty of room and a couch bed. The room is equipped with a large refrigerator, coffee maker, dish washer and real plates, cups and silverware. It was almost like staying at home. Also, I liked staying on the first floor without the hassle of the elevator. Everything about our stay (me and my grandson) was excellent.

Friendly professional staff. Easy off highway. Clean quiet and comfortable studio. Darkening blinds were wonderful. Bedding comfortable. Hot water in the shower and plenty of towels!

Location is great. Rooms could have been cleaner, pillows are awful, and the cleaner they use in the bathroom has a sour smell. Room was nice. Music started playing in the hallway and on the outside speakers starting at 4am, I called front desk thinking it was someone on our floor but in actuality it was the hotels music and it was very loud.

Plenty to choose from at breakfast, super comfy beds and pillows which was a big plus, clean.

The staff Raine, was friendly and helpful with directions and recommendations concerning navigating the city. The room was comfortable with lots of room to relax on the sofa or lie in bed while watching television. I liked having a refrigerator and microwave in the room to reheat leftovers. The hotel was quiet and in a nice location away from a lot of traffic.
